A statement from Robert Stanway – Director

I’m Robert Stanway Director of DBI, Electrical Compliance and Safety, I have 25 years experience in electrical contracting ranging from domestic through to utilities, nuclear and highways.

I am a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (The IET) with full member status (MIET). With a broad knowledge and understanding of electrical systems in all environments.

Over the years electrical compliance and safety has become a large part of my “want to do better” in safeguarding people in their homes and at work. Whilst improvements are being made across England, Scotland and Wales, I continue to strive in safeguarding peoples lives and livelihoods, pushing to make the electrical industry a more controlled environment.

On that note.. The environment is another passion of mine, personally I use energy optimisation in our home, to help reduce our impact on the environment and I have reduced our energy usage by 20% in doing so and want to help advise and deliver the same for others.

Open and honest: I’m a big believer in only paying for what you need, so an underpinning of moral values are at the heart of everything DBI strive for. Within a world that is sales driven, we do things differently. A sound professional service from start to finish.
